Your question should have been more specific when you are asking solution to a problem of a such a complex nature. What I can make out from your question is that you were born in India and are now in London and want a site from where you can  expedite issuance of your  birth certificate.  If my above assumption is correct then please note

(1) Upon birth of a child, the hospitals authorities in India issue a provisional birth certificate. (2) This certificate in turn has to be produced to nearest area office which Registers Birth & Death. It is a Government agency. (3) Once the provisional certificate is deposited with the Registrar of Birth & Death office they issue the birth certificate in prescribed form.  Incidentally such agencies do not have any official site as yet. If you wish to expedite issuance of birth certificate sitting in London get ready to correspond with the concerned agency with the required document i.e. Pvosional Birth Certificate issued by the Hospital at the time of birth.  

I also vaguely remember having read somewhere that it is obligatory for an individual to intimate the birth and death in his family to the appropriate authority (Registrar of Birth and Death)  within a prescribed time. Good luck.

there is no facility as yet to get a birth certificate on line . the application has to made in person and birth certificate collected in person. Call the Indian High commission in London.,may be they can help u in this matter

There is no such facility till now. Approach your parents. If your name and other details are already entered in the records, you can get it soon. If not it is a long process.

Not that such a set up is yet available.

At the outset, Birth cetrificates are issued from the Municipal Ward Office - covering the area where you were born.

Your representative can visit the concerned ward officer and apply for the said certificate provided you are able to funish the date of your Birth, the name of your parents, the clinic, nursing home, hospital you were born.

All these details are essential before your Birth record is traced and than a certificate is issued which is now from  very many centers - a computerised document.
