It depends on what kind of teaching you're interested in.  If it is in an international K-12 school, you'll want to go to an international school hiring fair.  Check out ISS at http://www.iss.edu/ or Search Associates at http://www.search-associates.com/main.ht...  I think both have one more hiring fair this year.  

If you are looking for a TEFL/TESOL kind of job, I would recommend going to Dave's ESL Cafe at http://www.eslcafe.com/jobs/.  Be careful.  A lot of the companies that post on places like Dave's aren't totally reliable.  They may promise you a good deal and deliver nothing, leaving you high and dry in a foreign country.
