How can i apply my own ringtones to my 2008 sidekick??

i send them to my phone but it doesnt work i have to buy them for 2bucks...i heard in the past that sidekicks dont let u apply ur own free ringtones, they have to be bought, is that true?

yes you have to pay for your sidekick

ringtones..and get them only from tmobile

i always use Ventones.com to get my ringtones

for free

but i have the iphone

and works perfect..
