How can i apply to an Oxford university without living close to it

I'm from portugal, i'd like to know first of all if i can, and if so, how can i?

That school is a Commie indoctrination camp. You should avoid it. It prepares only to become a college professor. To achieve real world achievements, go elsewhere.
