i was at a resturant and i saw this really good looking waitress. i really wanna go and grab somehting with her. i go there like one a month or somehting so she recognises me. The thing is i dont know if she has a boy friend and i want to find out without asking cause if she does have a boyf ill be like and idiot asking her thta.

Most guys generally back off when it comes to asking out pretty waitresses because they assume they get it all the time and just want to be left alone.

I suggest you forget all that c**p and just go for it dude, if you have trouble directly asking her if shes seeing someone try indirectly asking, for example: "Wow your awesome, your boyfriend is really lucky" if she says "I don't have a boyfriend" Well then there you go.

Edit: Make sure you have already been in a good long conversation before you tell her that though.

this is one i struggle with a lot. You need to stress that you don't normally do this but you just had to ask her out. it will make her feel special that she was the one who broke you out of your normal style of action.

Be charming, be smooth, be  confident, be nonchalant.

Let her know you're interested but also cool with her blowing you off. You have to seem like its no big deal. She just caught your eye and you thought you'd take a chance

Well first thing is to befriend her. You need to be more than just someone she recognizes. Once you're good friends with her, you can pop the question if she has a boyfriend (or another way of asking is, "if she's seeing someone"). If she is, don't be heavily torn apart. Even if you are, just play it cool and say something that will appreciate the fact that you're happy for her and try to switch the subject off. Try not to be so down about being rejected, she probably feels even worse because I feel really terrible when I let other girls down when I tell them I have a girlfriend.
