Try copy and paste to notepad, then drag to text.

In "Compose Blog Entry," the HTML form provides an upload function for a JPEG image.  I haven't used it myself for lack of need, but it appears useful in case I DO need an illustration.

Addendum:  Be advised that Y! 360° features are already "frozen," so if the mid-entry position is a no dice, you may want to propose a more adjustable version of the JPEG feature to Y! mash Team, as some new features beyond 360° capabilities could be useful for the next My Yahoo!.
