How can i attach my pic to my yahoo question?

You can change your avatar (the picture that appears to the left of your question) by going to your profile:

If you already have a Yahoo! 360 Picture.

Click "My Profile" in the upper right

Click "Edit My Info"

Click "Use my Yahoo! 360 Picture"

If you don't already have a Yahoo! 360 Picture, go to http://360.yahoo.com/ and upload one.

If you're wanting to refer to a picture in your Q&A, you can use photobucket to do so. There are other free photo sharing services as well. I don't use them, so I don't know the particulars.
