How can i auto set My spacing on Microsoft word 2007?

when i hit the space bar i want it to double space between word automatically. I don't know where to change that on the Program.

As far as I know, you can't, with any version of MS Word.  Even Auto Correct doesn't work:  It won't take an all blank field as a valid Replace or With entry.
