How can i avoid losing my hearing in one ear after a plane ride

after a plane ride i tend to lose hearing in one ear for up to an hour. no matter the duration losing hearing is a pet peeve of mine...any tricks/tips?

  1. Put in ear plugs, listen to music. sleep. yawn. chew gum. Hope this helps

  3. Chew gum, yawn and keep your sinus cavities clear.

  4. chew gum  or if you don't like gum i  chew a lollies call milk shakes  

  5. chew lots of gum the whole time! trust me it works.

  6. you just keep continuosly yawning. i know its stupid but it helps and if you get off and your ear has lost its hearing jump up and down  

  7. you need to keep your Eustacian Tubes open during the flight.

    1. Chew gum (or tobacco -yewww (constantly).

    2. Yawn frequently. (This makes others do this too so have fun).

    3. Do not put your ear on the engine.

    swallow your spit like 2-4 times

    its takes of the pressure going on your ear
