  1. Be honest, humble and wear appropriate clothes while in court.   Don't make excuses or blame anyone else but yourself and how much you have learned from this experience; that you may not have taken things seriously before now but have matured and am accepting responsibility for your own actions.

But I doubt very much you will avoid intensive probation or drug court.  Take the drug court, it will be less expensive and off your record.

  2. To start off you can't really sweet talk a judge. Let me see. If this is your first time on a violation then you can tell the judge that revoking your probation and causing you to loose your job and fail in school will not solve the problem. Tell him that you would like to commit yourself to AA classes. You can also bring in your teachers and boss to be able to show what type of person you are. This a called a Character Witness. this will help and most likely keep you out of jail (juvenile)

  3. You can't.  You have already had 2 MIP's, probation was revoked, and now you have a drug charge?  You are probably headed to jail or juvenile hall (if you are a juvenile) now.  Take drug court if it's offered.  Once it's completed, the charge is usually dropped, plus, it sounds like it may help you.
