  1. Get over yourself! Most likely they are so busy doing their job, they haven't even noticed you AREN'T there!!! Just walk in and sit at another table.

  2. If you really do not want to sit in their areas then just ask when you are greeted by the hostess to seat you elsewhere.  However, as a number of other responders have noted you should try and get over this hinderance to going to Chili's. It sounds like you are fairly young and may be somewhat attracted to one or both of these young men.  Go with some friends and just be casual about your order.  Right now you are self conscious and that can make you very uncomfortable.  It does get better.  Smile nicely now and enjoy your meal.

  3. Ask the hostess to seat you in  a section other than the cute servers.    simple.  no reason for any explanation, they understand.

  4. Sit at the bar, you'll get better service there anyway...

  5. Express your preference to the host/hostess who seats you.

  6. Either ask to be seated somewhere else or force yourself to get over it go up & force yourself too talk to them at worst you don't get on but can then eat again...

  7. like all women you say one thing and mean another.......

  8. Call up the restaurant and book a table!!

  9. If chili's too cold for you go somewhere warmer.

  10. Make friends with one of the female servers and ask to sit in her section.

You could also call up there ahead of time and see whos working.

  11. just because they are cute does not mean anything. it sounds like you are interesting in one or both . try talking to them in a casual manner and break the ice . you may find you really like them or that you don't either way once you talk to them you will probably settle down

  12. Dah?  If you haven't been there, how do you know they even work there anymore?  Just ask the hostess to seat you somewhere else!  Then you can ogle them from afar!

  13. request a window seat.

    some where away from drafts.

You prefer to seat facing away from the door etc etc

all these could be ways of being seated else where you could say can I have that table please x hope this helps x

  14. The only way to overcome your fears is to FACE them!

How do you expect to get through life with your attitude?

If you were a receptionist and one of these guys came to your counter for service, would you pass out?  Ask somebody else to do YOUR job?  Ignore them?  I don't think so.

    Challenge yourself.

Who knows, you might not get seated in that section anyway!

    lol

  15. "gee, i read your story here a few time's but i still don't exactly understand what you mean by chilie's " is that a restaurant ? or do you mean a cold area ? from alan tiger . "

  16. Just ask to be seated somewhere else..

  17. Hahah if it really is that big of a deal you could find out a specific persons name and request to sit in their section, people used to do that at my old work... and that way you would avoid those guys. They cant possibly work every day of the week anyway??

  18. It is not uncommon for guests to request a particular server in a restaurant, so you can use that to avoid them. When you walk in, pick out ANY server besides them and tell the hostess that server was great the last time you were there and you'd like them again, and it shouldn't be a problem.

Be prepared to wait a little longer though as it may put you out of order on the wait list.

  19. ask for a diff person to serve you.

  20. .  When the host approaches to seat you, it's perfectly fine to request a seat in the section of your choice.  The servers are there to earn a paycheck, not ask you out.

  21. ask for a specific table.

one thing though consider facing your 'fear', sit at their sections once you do it for awhile you will get comfortable with seeing them and it won't be such a problem plus the 'scenery' is good. they are just people like you so treat them like you would any other person, politely, nicely and try not to judge them by the way they look.

a question though: are they hitting on you? are you interested and they interested in you?
