How can i b skinnier n 3 wks?I already eat well and workout. "Don't rely on quick fix" answers not needed. Thx

I already consume less than 1200 calories per day, drink 65 ounces of water, and get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise per day.

I am not LOOKING for a lifelong solution to a massive problem. I am 5'4" and weigh 135, which is well within my range with a medium build. I am very athletic and spend lots of time outdoors.

I do Pilates twice per week, cardio every day, and weights every other day. However, within the next three weeks, I plan on increasing my amount of exercise to an hour per day.

I just wanted some tips on quick shedding, e.g. water weight and a couple extra pounds.

Thus, HELPFUL, non-sarcastic answers would be what I am seeking!

  1. Kill yourself in the face.


  2. Switch to a veg*n diet if you haven't done so already.

    Run/Jog at the park everyday-- probably a couple of miles.

    Keep track of how many calories you consume.

    Drink tons of water.

    Get a lot of sleep.

    And that's about all I got. The problem most people have is consuming too much food. If you can moderate your intake of food and exercise at the same time, you should be in good shape.

  3. Seriously...if you're denying all logical answers such as, "Don't rely on a quick fix.", then what's the point, moron. The healthy amount is to lose 3 lb per week. That's 9 lb in 3 weeks. You lose weight by spending more calories than you consume. So keep a tab on your calories.
