what drills can i do to run faster and be able to run people over??

  1. Well i was on my cross country team and they did these kids of warm ups and drills:

    First we would run five times around the track which equals 1 and 1/4 miles at my school

    Then we would stretch

    After that we would do high knees, butt kicks, and suicides. witch is running as fast as u can about 50 feet stooping for 3 seconds and doing it again for a good ten times

    Then we would take a 5 minuet water break and run for  about 5 miles around the track.

    lol not my sport i can tell you but it did help me with becoming faster a softball. =]

First:pick one-power or speed- u cant have both  i would go for speed  u dont have to break tackles if they cant catch u    jogging wont get u faster just tougher run wind sprints every day every week  and at the end of the wekk run a timed 40 yard sprint u will get faster and faster till ur runn like a 4.5 40

  3. just keep practicing and jog around and every so often make it a longer run  

  4. pretend the cops are chasing you

  5. tomorro run a mile then the next day run 2 miles then the next 3...and so on...practice makes you better...and doing a little more each day will help you become faster...but you have to keep up with it and do it each day...drink lots of water too...

  7. To get faster, do this.

    Day 1. Run 10 50 yard sprints.

    Day 2. Run 6 150 yard sprints.

    Day 3. Run 2 Miles

    Repeat over and over.

    To run people over:

    Bench, Squat, and Power Clean.

    One day do 5 sets of 5 reps

    Another Day do 3 sets of 3

    Another do three sets. 5 reps, 3 reps, 1 rep

    Another Day do three sets. 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps.

    And another day do three sets of ten.

    (only do the same lift every other day. Don't ever do the same lift two days in a row)

  8. high knees, butt kicks...go onto youtube and type in sprinting drills and a lot of things should pop up:) good luck!

  9. Good question, do some speed ladder exercises, jump rope. Sprints, and some long distance running for endurance. If you make contact with a defender immediately start moving your feet, or drop a shoulder, even put some kind of a move on him if you have to.

  10. dont. running is bad for you. if you really want to run people over, just use your car.
