  1. 1. Hit the weight room.

    2. Throw alot of passes year round. Even if you play basketball or wrestle. Grab a football and play catch with your buddies on the weekends.

And most important, listen to your coaches. They may try to change your release or your footwork. LISTEN TO THEM. Don't be stubborn, even if it seems like your throwing worse at first. There are reasons behind what your coaches are telling you to do...

  2. Apart from what these others have said, being a good QB doesn't mean you have to have the greatest arm.  You don't need to be able to throw the ball 65 yards on a line, or run a 4.3 like Michael Vick did.  Being a good QB is about your pocket presence, your ability to read a defense and how well you can lead a team.  Your mechanics and fundamentals will help you greatly too!

Your best bet is to model yourself and/or watch some of the best play.  For example, watch Tom Brady, Carson Palmer, or Peyton Manning.  All three are a few of the best in the game today.  Watching them can help you, as you will have somethign to model your play after.

  3. Practice

    you gotta have practice

    1.  build up your arm mussels

    2.  practice your passing use 2-3 hours a day

rehearse passes with Friends and practice

          routes and play calling systems

    3.  Every time your seeing a game try to read

          the defensive plays

Speed and IQ will help you on your way

    Good Luck

  4. u must have a strong arm n good speed

  5. more importantly than what the others said, you need good hand-eye coordination. Instead of working out a lot, which gives you a powerful throw, try doing activities that give you better hand-eye coordination. play some madden or call of duty, play some ping pong, etc.

  6. Don't throw interceptions, watch the blitz, have great aim, pay attention to the game.

  7. work on agility drills, learn to adjust plays to defensive alignments, execute plays with precision any time you are on the field, and if you work out with weights don't work heavily on your bicep muscle , it actually lessens flexibility and hinders throwing.

  8. Do wegiht training youll get throw power and probably a bit of accuracy

and your legs will become more powerfulm(wont collapse when you have someone on you) and you can get a bit of speed from conditioning
