Moreover, if you really care for other people and express yourself so that others will understand what you are trying to say, being a great--although not necessarily famous--leader will follow.   Of course, sometimes you will have to follow instead of lead.

I wouldn't want to lead grates.  Usually, they're made of metal, and are heavy, and don't move very quickly.

A great leader, however, sees the needs of his people, and tries to see that the followers have what they need.

Anyhow, in every simple good things that we do we can be a leader. So just consider yourself allready a great one.:) And try allways to improve. That's all.
