beside practicing you need to be a little bit though mentaly and you need the will to improve ..... there is no meaning to practice unless you have a goal to reach that day or week

practice is the key to success.... get a reliable coach who can teach and perfect ur strokes. hit with people who are better than u so u can get experience. exercise alot so u can be fit. tennis requires alot of movement and u need to be fit with a lot of stamina and endurance.
