  1. maybe you can make a list of veggies, wheat, fruits, and dairy products that  you can eat if you want to be healthy. hoped i helped a lot! :)

  2. You can get iron in greens, protein in beans served with brown rice, the substitutions for your previous bad diet can be delicious:)

    An invaluable reference for me is nutritiondata.com.  They not only have extended information for every food under the sun you can narrow foods down by specific nutritional needs.

  3. just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and healthy foods prefrelby organic foods! don't let anything that people say put you down! people are not cavemen anymore and are capalbe of living without meat! i wouldn't know if it is hard or not changing for i was born a vegetarian but go for it! you can get vitiam gummies if you want but i wouldn't worry about protin and vitiams! you get a lot of that stuff from yogurts and milk and cheese and as long as you eat lots of healthy foods you are fine! we are better off without meat! stick to it! good luck! ;

    p.s and no you don't have to work 'hard and ceaselessly' for cutting animal out of your diet! it's healthier without all those risks of dieses in meats! u can eat normaly, u will realize that u won't even notice the meat section anymore!

  4. You have to work hard and ceaselessly at it. That's the price you pay for cutting out animal foods in your diet.

  5. LOL, it's so funny when people try to make it sound difficult to scare people away from it.

    What the h**l does it matter to them if you don't want to eat the flesh of the innocent?

    If you eat a balanced diet that includes bread, pasta, rice, beans, peas, lentils, nuts, seed, fruits and vegetables; there is no way in h**l that you will be deficient in protein. Iron is found in many plant foods and without saturated fat or cholesterol.
