Many universities in the United States offer Aerospace engineering degrees. This is usually a close cousin to Aeronautical engineering and many of those working in the aircraft industries have Aerospace or Mechanical degrees.

I believe Kansas University offers an Aerospace degree and probably the university of Wichita.
