How can i be disciplined and give my 100% to my work?

I'm in 12th but i want to b disciplined and concentric towards my studies. The problem is i'm very fickle, day dreamy and dis oriented plz help anyone!!!

well being day dreamy is common, but stop thinking of unwanted things.

make a routine a time table rather, likea daily planner in which for example ull write in advance wht will u be doing in tht hour of time ,watever studies ,playing, going out, but make it systematically and stick to it.

and whewn u feel u r loosing concentration try this,,,,

sit straight ,remove every thing frm mind,close ur eyes and take a deep breath,, now hold for few seconds and ur mind should be blank and thinking nothing, now slowly exhale, and open ur eyes and get back to studies.

apart fmr this stretch ur body in betwwen at regular intervals, coz sitting at one place for long time makes us stiff, stretch and automatically lazyness also dissappers.

while u r studying ,switch ur phone off or atleast keep it on silent with vibration also off, in advance tell ur friends seriously, not to call u at the hours when u have planned to study in ur timetable.

sit in a quiet place,

if possible na study a bit for an hour or 2 at night , since all is quiet and no disturbance, and dnt lie on bed while studying.

May be a perfect study time table might solve ur problem.Prepare a study timetable for yourself and blindly follow it!Surely u will be a topper one day.All the best:)

prepare a rountine and stick to it.

dont spend the entire day with books, make time for for urself avoid t.v

listen to songs maybe when working on maths , keep a sheet of paper and jot down things , wen u write often u then tend to remember it more dont read maths do maths.
