Hi guyz! I've been really interested in ninjutsu and other martial arts these days,but i've only taken karate this school year since my ninjutsu training will start at summer,but in ninjutsu you'll need to be flexible and in karate too! WAAAH how can i be flexible in karate? I can't wide open my legs like my other classmates! How do i train at home to be flexible? ^_^
