How can i be flexible?

Hi guyz! I've been really interested in ninjutsu and other martial arts these days,but i've only taken karate this school year since my ninjutsu training will start at summer,but in ninjutsu you'll need to be flexible and in karate too! WAAAH how can i be flexible in karate? I can't wide open my legs like my other classmates!

How do i train at home to be flexible?

  1. yoga (stretch) & then Stretch & then Stretch & then Stretch & then Stretch & then Stretch & then Stretch.:-) you know what i mean


  2. do a split, trust me, it will not break your balls. That is just something people are stupid enough to believe.

  3. Stretching exercises - see your sensei for the right ones.

    And don't try and do it all at once - some of these guys have been stretching for years.

    There may be some stretches that are simply beyond your ability to do, for anatomical reasons.  Don't force it - you can tear muscle tissue trying to do this.

  5. get a leg stretching machine they do help , look it up online
