Yes, I agree with Rose and you should need a ticket for World cup. The best host is Dortmund!

Well if you want to watch it live you might be out of luck, since the World Cup tickets sold out about a year ago! Unless you have some connections somewhere or win this sweepstakes! Also for hightened security reasons they combine your ticket with your name and ID!

So it is harder or not even possible to transfer!
