and i am asking this because o "want" to be flexible, if anyone theres gonna say, don;t stretch so that you can do things,

i like to stretch, i just don;t have a wide range of stratches, liek i want to be albe to do thing people in ballet and yoga do,

  1. Okee-dokee, here's a routine you can follow!

*Splits (as far as you can go) for one full minute on each leg, every day, try to slide out and eensy bit farther.

*touch your toes and hold for two full minutes.

*take your ankle in your hand and stretch it to the side (as far as you can go) and hold it as long as you can without fainting..

Don't worry if you're not super-flexible though, sometimes, being flexible is just a crutch for those who can't dance.

  2. personally i say try to hold your splitz every day for 2 minutes (all 3 splitz) that's what i do and now i can do all 3 of them

  3. when i was trying to get my splits i would just sit in a stradle position for like thirty minutes everyday..just sit like that and watch tv or something

  4. Hey, I came upon this website when answering someone else's flexibility question: http://www.hathayogalesson.com/ It'll help you with yoga, but yoga will help with ballet too.
