Question:

How can i be more humble, i am short tempered?

If i had a weapon i will harm a lot of people. I need help before i blow my head off!!!

  1. I do it a lot. I got both punched and slapped but I didn't hit the other girl back. She wanted to continue it but I said no, I didn't want to huirt her. She was a friend of mine who had recently developed anger issues, I knew something had gone wrong in her family and she was angry all the time. Most people don't see it the way i do, but I realized she just needed help. I didn't even get mad. I focused on my emotions and was easily able to manipulate them. try it. Meditating works as well, and I enjoy working out.

  3. well, i hope you're not serious..no one should ever harm anyone else....or themselves for that matter. u should seek counseling. you need to find a good reason to live and be happy. life is a gift and you should be blessed for everyday.

    A good counselor can help you to figure that out, control your anger and begin to feel normal again.
