How can i be really thin in 2 weeks?

i really have to lose 18Ibs in 2 weeks cause i have an audition... i don't have time to exercise myself at all....eating less is a solution???drinking 2 much water???throw up???plz helppppppppppppp any ideas???i don't care if this is healthy or not...........

  1. You need to lose weight the healthy way and take care of yourself. Don't even think about starving yourself or making yourself throw up. I've had an eating disorder for the past 14-years. I wanted to have one at first but now I hate it and can't stop. Don't start, it's not good for you and you can die from it. I'm doing much better, but still have those eating disorder thoughts go through my mind most of the time.

    If you want to lose weight the healthy way, cut junk food out (if you eat it), drink water (not sodas), and eat more fruit and veg's. Exercise responsibly. Take care of yourself.

  3. 18 pounds in two weeks huh? Its possible but hard. Please dont say that you dont care if its health or not because that makes you sound...dont take this wrong but it makes you sound stupid and ignorant. Watch what you eat and how much you eat but dont start throwing it up, its really bad for you. Cut out sweets, candy, soda and caffeine completely! And I dont know why you say you dont have time to exercise but it sound like your trying to take the easy route to loosing weight. Go for a run once in the morning and once at night. Jump rope and any other cardio things will work and try to throw in crunches and sit ups.  

  4. VERY healthy and very affective if you stick with these foods and walk/jog for atleast 30minutes a day. And drink lots of water, drink half your body weight in water and drink wheatgrass.

    Stick to alkaline foods rather than acids and it helps alot with fat loss.

  5. I wouldn't suggest throwing up.

    Uh try eating about 1000 calories a day or less.

    Exercise a lot. Budget your time so that you do have to at least get some cardio in.

    Eat enough so that you won't have a headache.

    how dare you!!! i have an eating disorder and would love to be normal and you little miss are wishing this on yourself inan inocent way!! even if you done eat you wont lose 18pounds in 2 weeks! trust me

    just try excercise and tone up!!! once you go to the audition notify them that you are in the proces of losing weight and this way they will take this to concideration
