How can i be singles in tennis this year?

Can i be singles this year i have 2 mounth left and all the singles are very skillful i train 10 hours a day every day of the week im only 16 years old should i train less or is 10 hours good enough though will i obtain injuries from training so hard please answer me what method or training should i do to be singles

  1. 10 hours are you serious? Thats a lot.


  2. Relax. Ten hours is too much for anyone and yes you will get injuries if you don't rest.

  3. Read your question to yourself, slowly. It does not really make sense. Are you trying to ask how you can be a better singles player? And if you are training 10 hours a day and not playing professional singles you might want to give up because that's a lot of training, Don't you have school or work or something?

  4. 10 hours is a tad bit overboard, about half that time, 4-5 hours probably would be more than enough, and if you have your stroke production (the basics:  forehand, backhand, serve, volley slice topspin lob etc.) down you should consider working on actual match play against different opponents to practice in a competitive situation.

    Drills can only do you so much good, go for more match play
