How can i be stationed in Rammstein Air Base in Germany. ?

I know german fluently. And i have family in germany. is there any way i can be stationed there. what kind of job do i have to do to be stationed at rammstein air base

talk to a recruiter.  if you do well on your ASVAB you may have your choice of jobs and a recruiter might be able to tell you what jobs will get you there.

It depends, if you're already in the Air Force then you can possibly reenlist with Ramstein Air Base as a guaranteed option of your reenlistment contract. I'm assuming that you're not and haven't even gone through basic training in which case you won't have a choice where you go. The Air Force will simply send you where they need you the most regardless if your occupation fits one of the duty post on the base. However if you're fluent in German, that's a viable asset to both your unit and the Air Force so you're more likely to get that duty station if requested via the wish list. It always help to know someone in everything you do in life so get to know some people in the right places and a little push here, a tug there, hopefully will make you a part of the Kaiserslautern Military Community.

Check out USAjobs.gov for government jobs.  The site allows you to search by location.  Also, check out GE.com.  I was looking at it a few months back and I recall they had jobs in Germany.
