im 13 years old. on my old team, i could weigh up to 119 pounds and at the time i weighed 120, so i could have lost a pound easily. but i decided to move up to the next weight class, where i can weigh up to 157 for 13 year olds and 14 year olds can weigh up to 149. since i am trying to gain weight, i now weigh 125 pounds, but i am the lightest on the team. the next lightest player on the team weighs about 132 pounds. every team i have played on in the past i have been the best player. i was the best player last year and i played running back and middle linebacker. but this year they have a running back who is 14 and is buff and basically all muscle. he weighs about 147 pounds. he is VERY fast as well. i have my first practice with them tomorrow and i am wondering if anyone can give me advice on how to be successful this year. thanks
