  1. I would work on long touch dribbling and attempt to become a faster sprinter. Many times there is lots of space on the outside and you can build a lot of space if you can beat the first guy. I would work on crosses and taking the ball to the endline and crossing. I would work on dribbling and become good with both feet as this will make you less predictable. You should also be very fit because this position many times requires the most running.

Also try and remember to stay as wide as you can when your team has the ball. when you lose the ball pinch in and dont stay as wide.

  2. ok heres the deal im guessing you guys play 4  4  2 or something with 4 defenders , so when you a wing back or an outside half back there will be 2 of you one on the left and on the right

make sure on every attack one of you are involved in the attack and makes sure you let the other defenders know so they can all switch to cover your spot and have 3 at the back(so the lwb goes to LCB and the cb stays at cb but the other CB goes to RCB)

when you attack make sure you come back in a hurry to cover for youself

things to work on are speed enduance CROSSING(important) shooting (so that you can fake the cross then cut in and shoot)
