  1. If you are not quick enough, run a few sprints, that will help you get faster. And the longer and how often you run. You won't get fatigued early. My advice to you is: Stay confident in yourself. You will be successful if you stay confident. If you think you'll drop a key pass, stay confident, don't lose hope. If you lose hope, then it won't be a pretty sight. Just stay confient, that's all and remember you are you.

  2. Run hills and sprints alot that will increase your speed. Lift, learn to block, be a leader, know the play book front to back. That alone will get you to varsity. Catch 100 footballs a day.

  3. Show guts... If you don't think you have any going over the middle or towards the saftey you'll NEVER EXCEL!!!...

Show some balls think good about yourself.... If you workout extra you will have a physical advantage and a mental advantage cause even if somehow you didn't get stronger you'll think it and you'll think you have an advantage....

When you're going over the middle you gotta toughen up just remember... if you don't catch the ball you'll actually be more volnerable to the big hit then if you catch it, even when you extend...

Take this advice seriously, because this will REALLY HELP...

You have to be confident on the field which you can't just show up on the field and put confident thoughts in your head.... you have to feel like you're bigger, stronger, and faster then you were... you have to feel unstoppable... that if you look at yourself "outside yourself" you know that you HAVE TRAINED YOUR BUTT OFF" and that you are more physically prepared then everyone on that field....

This is what I'm trying to get at... You have to think this...

" I am unstoppable, if I put it in my mind that you can't stop me, you can't, I am a truly invincable, and fearless football player... If I think it it happens..."
