  3. What country?  Every country has slightly different requirements.  This question is asked almost every day, so search through the archives and you'll get more details.

Here's the requirements in the United States: http://ecfr.gpoaccess.gov/cgi/t/text/tex...

  4. Depends on what country you live in.  It is possible for a pilot in the USA to qualify for a commercial pilot's certificate with as little as 250 hours of flight experience.  The qualifications are detailed in the US Code of Federal Regulations (CFR title 14, Part 61, subpart F) in the link below.

  5. you have to be a IFR pilot with at least 1000 hours of experience usually around 2000 hours. there are some places to go to becone eligible the only one i can think of is emery riddel down in florida near daytona international airport.

  6. To become a commercial pilot you must be a private pilot first.. then under part 61 you need 250 hours of flight time to qualify for the commercial ticket. Obviously if you want to be able to do anything with the commercial ticket you would want to have an IFR rating and if you want to fly in the majors, a multiengine rating. Most regional airlines will require around 500 total hours and at least 50 to 100 hours of multi time.

  7. In which country?  Each is a little different.

Typically you must be at least 18, you need to pass an aviation medical examination where you receive a student pilot certificate, followed by flight training to get a  Private Pilot certificate followed by an Instrument rating, Commercial Pilot certificate, Multi-Engine rating, and possibly a Flight Instructor certificate.  This alone represents about 250 hours of flight time @ $100/ hour minimum. Then you need to find a job, which is hard with low time and no work experience as a pilot. Most flying jobs require a minimum of 500 flight hours and airline jobs require 1500 hours minimum, and often thousands more to be competetive.

If you're in the USA, get started by reading the FAA student pilot requirements here:  http://www.faa.gov/pilots/become/student...
