  1. I feel sorry for you. Maybe the best thing is to start getting information about your situation and what you can do about it. I would suggest you don`t just come forward with all your personal info untill you know exactly  what you`re doing incase it backfires and you get deported. Goodluck.

  2. There are lots of free legal aid groups out there.

    Contact one ASAP.

    This stinks.

Your parents broke the law and you suffer.

You can be sent to where ever they are from.

You are the only person that I truly wish I could help.

    Best to you.

  3. Sneak back into your home country and apply to come back.

  4. Apply for legal citizenship, it's a test you take to qualify to become a legal citizen. If you pass you are a legal citizen of the united states.

  5. Try get adopted by a U.S. citizen half a year before you turn 16. Once you turned 18, and if you stayed for 180 days and leave U.S., you will be banned for 3 year to enter U.S. again. If you stayed for 1 year, you will be banned for 10 years. Don't leave the country without seeking advice from an immigration lawyer! After 18, the best and fastest way is to get married to a U.S. citizen.  Try your best to study and get a descent job and don't get frustrated by the status. Millions of people are worst than you are. Good luck and study hard.

  6. Unfortunately all you can do is return to your home country and apply from there.

  7. When you become 18 you must go back to your country and apply to come back legally here.  There will be no penalty enforced as far as a ban if you do this before you are 18 1/2 years old.  Otherwise, you would fact a 10 year ban before applying to come back.
