Question:

How can i become more flexible and do flips?

i would love to learn how tobecome more flexible! i want to be able to do the splits lengthwise. i can already do them with one in front and one behind but i want to know how to dothat standing. also how can i learn to do a cartwheel or a handspring and other types of flips without mats or gymnastic equipment!

  1. stretch alot and even if it hurts that dosent matter it wont do anything to u  that will harm you in anyway


  2. well you will not be able to do a back/front handspring without a mat if its your first time. i have just learned back handsprings about a month ago and i still have to to it on the tumble track. cartwheels are easy once you get to doing them.. just remember - hand, hand, foot, foot. to be more flexible STRETCH EVERY DAY!! thats all you can really do. hold each stretch for about a minute and try handsprings at least on a trampoline. good luck!

  4. Remember to be good at tumbling you need to be strong and flexible and the only way to do that is stretching and practicing everyday.
