  1. Hi,

If you feel a panic attack or feelings of anxiety creeping up on you then try this word repetition technique that I learned that helps me to quickly 'snap out' of my panic attacks:

I simply repeat the words 'cream cake' over and over in my head as quickly as I can without stopping.    You could use any word or words you like really but that's what I chose (because I like cream cakes).  It apparently works because it doesn't give your brain time to process the panicky thoughts and so helps you to relax again.  Seems strange I know ... but it works for me!

There's also a free ebook that I found really useful called 'Get Rid of Panic and Anxiety for Good'. If you want to take a look you can find it at: http://curepanicattacks.premiergold.info...    Even though I got it for free it has helped me absolutely loads!

  2. All the symptoms you have described are physical reactions to stress so by reducing your stress you'll get rid of the other things.

Hypnosis and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) are good ways to reduce stress.  They will help to identify any initial causes for the anxiety and also give you new ways of dealing with anxious situations.

You can go for individual or group sessions with a professional or there are also plenty of books around to help that are listed at the link below.

If you are very anxious then it won't necessarily be an instant fix but it should gradually improve things.  In fact the change will usually be as fast as you want it to be.

  3. For mild to moderate anxiety, exercise and yoga help.  But, you specifically wrote severe.  That requires more attention.

You are riddled with anxiety to the point that the stress is causing hair loss.  You are both physically and mentally in need of help.

Go see a doc.  You will be diagnosed, get talk talk therapy, and/or medication.

There's nothing wrong with medication.  When your body gets ill, you take medicine.  This is the same thing.

Feel better.  I hope this has helped.

  4. Get some counseling. How often does this happen? If it's everyday a low dose anti-anxiety or anti-depressant might be your best option. If you don't want to try that you should make sure you eating right, sleeping enough, drinking plenty of water, and making sure you have time for yourself.

    Good luck.

  5. Try some relaxing activities, fishing, or reading. Listen to soft melodic music that is relaxing.

You have to remember that your anxieties are all in your head. Try not to worry about things so much. We all have problems. There is not a person alive who doesnt have at least one problem in their lives.

You must understand that nobody will judge you if you make a mistake while doing something, or get something wrong, we all do it. The best thing to do is laugh about these little things. Because most people get worked up over small things, learn to relax and enjoy everything life has to offer.
