You more than likely will have to take meds, Provera to get your period going and then Clomid to make you ovulate regularly

well you do have a cycle, if you really only ovulate twice a year then you can only become pregnant once a year... if you are trying to get pregnant talk to a doctor i'm sure there are meds that will increase your ovulations

the first thing you need to do is determine if you are ovulating. That is the ingredient in getting pregnant. It will be very difficult to know when or if you are ovulating if you are not getting a regular period though. I would seek the advice of your physician and start there. They can do tests to see if you are ovulating and why you have such an infrequent cycle.
