  1. do  you have a bank account and how long have you had it if you have been with your bank a long time would you consider a consolidation loan and clear all your debt failing that the debt consoldiation agencies can help you if you have all your cards you can get copies of all your statements and they will help you i know how worrying it can be  so do it as soon as you can good luck

  2. First off cut your credit cards up.

Try checking on Experian or one of the other credit tracking companies. They may have a list of your liabilities and they provide the information for free once each year.

I think it is located at www.annualcreditreport.com

If that doesn't work start a list of what you know about and when others show up write them down.

This will take a long time and you must be diligent but in the long run it will make your life easier.

  3. if you have that much debt and you cannot find yourself a sugar momma to bail you out (hAhA!) your best bet would be to file bankruptcy.  the lawyers will even tell you that going through those debt consolidation places actually ruin your credit worse than if you just filed.  a friend of mine went through a divorce and her husband kinda messed up her credit so she filed and within 6 months she went for a car loan which was at a higer rate BUT she was able to pay each month on time so her credit is almost perfect only 1 1/2 years later and she just qualified for a home loan so bankruptcy is NOT as horrible as they try and make it out to be.  actually if you play your cards right and build credit immediately after you file with the high interest credit offers you will begin to recieve you should be good in no time.  one late payment though and your wrecked again.  get your credit report pulled to know who you owe and who you dont.  believe me, every single one of them will be on there. gOOd luck!  =)

  4. To raise your credit score you need to do two things:

1 - add positive things to your credit records.  Such as paying your bills on time!

2 - Remove negative things from your records.  These may be mistakes made by the credit report companies or bills you haven’t paid!

If your problems aren’t too bad or too complicated than you can do this yourself.  This review site gives you e-books to explain the process and guide you through it:

if your problem is complex - or you just don’t have the time or patience to do it yourself then you will want to use a credit repair company.  This review site will guide you to the three best companies to use:
