i am a student in landscape architecture and i want to be accepted from universities of us without english requirements

All colleges and universities in English speaking countries such as the United States, U.K., Australia, Canada and New Zealand will require foriegn applicants whose primary language is not English to take an English language test such as the TOEFL or IELTS.

There is no waiver of this requirement.

Sorry, this will not be possible. Schools using English will require you to pass a Toefl test. You need to learn Englis.

The English language requirements are there for a reason - so that you don't get accepted into a program that you can't complete due to the language barrier, and drop / fail out after wasting your money and theirs.  I don't know any colleges that will take a foreign student from a non-English speaking country without a language test.

You'll never get in without meeting the English requirement.  You may not need everything else American students need but at the very least you'll have to pass the TOEFL.  Test of English as a First Language.
