How can i blend two pictures into one?

how can i blend two pictures and blend them into one picture? i want to know because i want to put a famous person's picture and my picture and make it look like as if i met the person already and took a picture with me. but how can i do that?

please help me.

Just type in photo editing in the search browser and click fotoflexer and look around.

Photoshop is your best bet, but not an inexpensive program. You might go to Adobe.com and download a free "lower/older version" of their Adobe PhotoDeluxe program... # 3 was really easy to use and you'll find the program comes in handy for all sorts of photo editing.

In Photoshop, open one file and then hit File-Place and a dialog will open - choose your new photo you want to place into the photo that is already open.  the next part is harder, you need to edit both photos to look like they fit together.  The way to do this is to choose one of the photos and hit Edit-Free Transform and adjust the size and the placement of the photo.  It isnt as easy as it seems bc you also have to use your lasso tool and eraser tool or cropping tool to get you and the famous person to fit together exactly.
