  1. i dont really know if its possible to hack into ur 360 but he might have got your .net ID and password and log in to ur live ID thru a pc. if that doesnt help holla @ microsoft they'll be glad to help


  2. click on their avitar and there should be "block user" click on that or report them, should help to block them for a while if they don't change their name. also change your password.
