  1. most puppies react this way. they're so cute and full of love and life. you're gonna have to chastise her whenever she does it. next time someone comes over and she jumps on them, make sure the person being jumped on doesn't make eye contact and simply ignores her, while you chastise her "look her square in the eye, point your finger and use a stern voice "No!". Afterwards, put her in another room in isolation..sort of like a time-out. As for the pee, you're gonna have to put her face close to it and chastise her again for that. It will take time, but eventually she will get it. My german shepherd was the same way.

  2. The problem is you , not the dog. She is picking up on your cues when people come. If you scream and hit her, no wonder she gets agitated.

You should react calmly when people come and speak gently to her to calm her down. Dogs seem  to learn faster than people sometimes.

  3. Look up the dog whisperer. Ceasar some one. He is amazing.
