How can i browse the internet without images on windows xp

i need to browse the internet in france via dialup and is costing me 4 pound per megabite.... if i stop images downloading/showing pages wont be as large and it wont cost as much...

also... i need a application that limits how much data i download.... eg. (non of this is correct im just saying EXAMPLE)

if i go on google without images and say thats 200kb then go on yahoo without images (another 200k) then go on msn messenger for 20 mins (600kb)

i need a application that pops up or stops all connections after 1 mb has been used.... (i need to be able to limit my usage like that)

  1. you need an internet browser safari of apple company.

    install it.

    on the edit menuclick on preferences

    click on advance tab

    check show develop menu in menu bar

    close preferense

    on he menu bar click on develop and disable wat u want


  2. To stop images from loading, go to Tools > Internet options (in internet explorer) Then choose the advanced tab. You'll find some options there to disable images.

    For the bandwidth monitor, check out download.com - full of useful apps!

  3. It should be possible - it'll be in Internet Options somewhere
