How can i build a portable grind rail?

I need a rail for skateboarding ( a square rail ). I want take it to my friends house to skate but i don't know how to make 1. so can you's please help me.

now, im not sure how to make one, but you can get rails at kmart for like 25 bucks, as long as you can come up with some cash.
