  1. Figure it out for yourself.

p.s; This is the answer to your question.

  2. Since nerve tissue doesn't necessarily regenerate (except for peripheral,or extremity-related nerves like in hands and feet), you can't rebuild any.  Brain tissue doesn't regenerate.  What you can do is "exercise" your brain to keep the ones you already have. Brain-teasers, reading, creative writing, etc. can help train the neural paths to think both creatively and critically. Pick different things that you enjoy, whether it be math challenges, etc. and just explore!  Good nutrition also plays an extremely important role for all tissue in the body.

  3. This is a mixing of levels: more axon connections does not mean more intelligent. In fact, when we first learn to speak, we are eliminating axon connections - learning is often accomplished by the removal of connections, as well as the strengthening/weakening of connections.

Neural networks are even further removed, a neural network is a man made construct to try to explain the activity of neurons. You cannot add neural networks, this would be the same as saying you want to add more equations to your car.

As far as building a healthy brain, the following have been linked to promoting improved function:

    1. Healthy diet and physical exercise

    2. Mental exercise

  4. Try the site listed below it has Brain Teasers, Riddles, Trivia, Brain Exercises, Games, Forums and more... Good Luck and have fun.

  5. Axon connections in  your brain can usually only be strengthened by experience. Neural networks become stronger though experience or stimulation. Reading, travelling, writing are just a few ways to strengthen axon connections in the brain.

  6. Try doing new things and thinking new thoughts - change habits. If you're right-handed, try writing with your left hand. Hijack negative thoughts and try to see the positive side. You can reprogram the network with determination and practice.

  7. Learn, then think about and use that knowldge over and over.

The repetition is essential for making the pathways in your brain long-standing.
