  1. If you want to be a buff Person , Then use heavy weights with normal reps and steroids (which Is very unhealthy for you and it also doesnt attract anyone ), But if you want to have a modeling body ( That's What I'm working on too . ) Then You should carry Light weights with a lot of reps  . Most Importantly is that you also Run about 30 Minutes everyday , You need movement to have a healthy body , If You don't move then you might have an abnormal body it might still look nice , But you wont feel good from inside . You might also want to consider Stretchin Excercises . It will increase you flexibility . I guarantee that if you keep running for 4 Months ( 30 Minutes everyday + Flexibility Excercises ) You will have a great healthy body .   2. Same here slim what i did i tried to eat more iron... and protein and then pumped it out with weights and crunchs and i am more buff... Or you could eat more and gain some weight and then pump it out with weights

  4. go into a gym center and use many machines for muscle development. the more you use them the more your muscles and body develop. you must be tenacious to get results.

  6. wht do u exactly mean by slim? chck out ur height weight ratio. chck tht ur wt is as per ur height. if tht ratio is ok thn u r nt slim. bt if u r nt under tht ratio thn do eat some gd stuff nt only gd bt mst b full of energy n do some exercise. daily 30 to 45 mins exercise will boost u lot. chck out wthr u r nt sufferin frm ni health problm.

    if u r nt sufferin frm ni health problm thn u need to eat gd n need to exercise wcg will makes u healthy.
