How can i burn a DVD on an HP laptop?

Is it legal?

I have windows player and when i click on burn, it says to drag things to burn but it wont let me drag the DVD.... i have blank DVD's

first of no it is not legal if you watch any dvd at the begining where it flashes the screen about the legal notices it explains it all there. As for makeing a copy of it you need a decryption made for dvd's since most dvds are encrypted. A program like DVD Shrink would do the trick just remember that It is ILLEGAL so I would advice you not to attempt it
