How can i burn a lot of fat?

I have a belly which i wanna lose and i don't wanna go skinny but i wanna go muscular and fat free

I am 16

height: 6 feet 2

weight: 235 lbs

How can I lose it?

  1. Get up an hour early EVERY day & briskly walk for 30 minutes & do it again in the evening.  Start doing pushups, pullups, situps, skip rope, skate, skateboarding.  Eat a balanced diet.  Stay away from junk foods & fast food restaurants.  Drink plenty of milk & water.  Eat plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables.  Slack off the potatoes, rice, pasta, sweets.  Do this every day for 90 days & see what you come up with.  I dare ya!
