How can i burn fat really fast?

im trying to burn off some body fat. i go running but i was wondering if anyone knew the best time of day and how long i should run for to burn of fat? any length of time or distance? sprints or steady running? and if i go twice a day will that burn more faster? thanks

  2. The best time of day to go jogging is around 7 AM before it gets too hot, and then around 6 PM or later when the sun is going down and it's breezey.

    However, you will know that it is better to sweat, so you can run the sun, but it will only tire you out. I suggest you start when it is cooler outside, like at those times suggested.

    Sprints are okay, but I suggest steady running. Try to go at a pace that you can last for 30 minutes. Once you can do 30 minutes with that pace, go a little faster. When you are ready, move up to an hour long jog.

    I do 4 one-hour long jogs a week on my own time, you feel great afterwards, truly. Try to run 3 times a week, 30 minutes. Your calves will be sore, so the best you can do is warm up, stretch, cool down, stretch. Remember to NOT go right into the jog, walk for a good minute then start. Afterwards, walk for 5 minutes then stretch and go along your day.

    If you want to do distance over time, start with one mile. 10 minutes. Then 2 miles, 30 minutes. Try to get to the point where you can do 6 miles in a single run.

    The more you run, the more natural and easy it feels, so go out and do it!

    Certainly, twice a day means more exercise, so go for it. Remember to think about your body though. If you can't do it, don't push yourself.

    When you are done, do some pushups and situps so you can tone slowly to help out as well. Lunges, crunches, jumping jacks. Go for it!

  4. First one nice idea .second one to dangerous and life ending chance. Why don`t you just start doing steady and fast 5 to 10 minute workouts at home you don`t need to jog miles or use weights.. You will lose pounds faster .

  5. just keep a steady pace for 20 minutes. There's NO WAY you can burn all your fat off fast, there's no easy fix. Just start running and eating healthy and you should lose 2-3 pounds a week
