How can i burn fat/ tone my arms?

what workouts can i burn fat on my upper arms without bulking up?

i like my figure i dont think im fat

i just think my arms are pudgy at the top :/

what could i do...?

  1. Do some tricep exercises (that's the muscle on the back of your upper arm. Only use a small weight, around 2.5lbs or so, and you'll tone up in a few weeks


  2. wave your arms around evewrywhere you go

  3. pushups, work the best

  4. Lift weights 3 dozen times ever other day if your arms ain't hurting do it everyday. Sorry that's the best I can say

  6. Push ups work the best but you could also grab a weight about 3 lbs or so, and do some arm curls. that will help you out a lot
