How can i buy parking in front of my building?

i live in the city of LA and i live in a building with not parking and everyday i have to go around the streets looking for parking that is close to my apartment...who do i need to contact to buy a parkin close to my apartment?

you can't buy parking on a public street

you could look for garages, or ???? near you, and offer to pay for a space.

if it's an apartment, you'd probably have to pay a tenant.

and i could be wrong, but i doubt if you'll like the price.
