How can i call a raoming sim ?

Doesn't seem like it because it's not in the game section but I have no idea what other application those words could be used for... :P

If they are roaming why do you want to call them? lol I don't quite understand.

I guess you are referring to calling someone whose mobile telephone is in roaming mode (being in a different country from where you opened your phone account). No matter what country the mobile phone is in, you don't need to add a country code. Just call the mobile phone number. However if you are calling from a roaming mobile telephone your sim will act as part of the network in which ever country it is in. Therefore to call any other country you need to add the country code.
