How can i cancel my UAE work permit without My company's approval?

I have a valid UAE resident visa. I have left UAE for good. I did not cancel my work permit. I belive my company has reported me as not back from vacatio. Is my entry into UAE banned? Can i enter UAE on visit Visa?

contact your sponsor and request to cancel your employment visa.
